Before we even show up
A week before your shoot, you'll get a short questionnaire: What do you want to highlight this month? Any promotions? New products? This gives us everything we need to walk in with a plan.
Arrival: setup takes 15 minutes
We show up with professional camera gear, lighting equipment, and a shot list already built. While Enrique sets up the lighting and camera, Will walks through the plan with you. No wasted time. No figuring it out on the fly.
The shoot itself
Most sessions run 45-90 minutes. We move fast but intentionally. Will directs every shot — he'll tell you exactly where to stand, what to do with your hands, and what to say. You don't need to be a natural on camera. That's literally what he's there for.
We capture everything: hero shots, product close-ups, behind-the-scenes moments, testimonial-style clips, and b-roll that tells your brand story.
Editing and delivery
After the shoot, everything gets handed off to our editing workflow. Videos are color-graded, captioned, and optimized for each platform. Photos are culled and retouched. Within 5-7 days, everything lands in your private dashboard.
